1.1 How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our collections and select your desired items.
  2. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and complete payment. Please make sure to add your Area and Phone number. 
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
1.3 How long does delivery take?

Dubai:

  • Same-Day Delivery – Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
  • Next-Day Delivery – Orders placed after 3:00 PM arrive the next day.

Rest of UAE:

  • Next-Day Delivery for most locations.
  • Standard Delivery (1-3 working days).
1.4 How much is the shipping cost?
  • Dubai: Orders above 250 AED – Free shipping.

Orders below 250 AED –

  • Dubai: Standard 20 AED.


  • GCC: Orders above 300 AED – Free shipping.

Orders below 300 AED –

  • GCC: Standard 30 AED.


  • International: Orders above 300 AED – Free shipping.

Orders below 300 AED –

  • Dubai: Standard 40 AED.
1.5 Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it through the "My Orders" section in your account.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are:
Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging with tags intact
Free from makeup, perfume, or any damage

🚨 Non-returnable items: Underwear, swimwear and final sale items.

2.2 How do I request a return?
  1. Log in to your Aora account and navigate to "Orders & Returns."
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return and choose a refund method.
  3. We will arrange a free pickup (for UAE orders).

For international returns, customers must arrange their own return shipping.

2.3 When will I receive my refund?
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds – Processed within 5-7 business days (bank processing may take an additional 7-14 days).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds – Processed within 5-7 business days.
2.4 Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item and place a new order.

3. Payments & Discounts

3.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
💳 Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay.
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) – UAE only

3.2 Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options?

Yes! We have flexible installment options via Tabby at checkout. 

3.3 How do I use a discount code?
  • Enter the promo code at checkout in the "Promo Code" section.
  • The discount will be applied before payment.

🚨 Only one promo code can be used per order.

4.1 How do I find my correct size?

Check our Size Guide available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

4.2 Are Aora products true to size?

Our activewear is designed for a perfect athletic fit. Refer to the product descriptions and size guide for more details.

4.3 What materials do you use in your products?

We use high-performance, breathable fabrics for ultimate comfort, including:

  • Stretchable, durable materials for movement
