1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
At Aora, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items Eligible for Return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 
- 
All tags and labels must be intact. 
- 
The product must be free from makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear. 
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- 
Final Sale Items (marked as non-returnable at checkout) 
- 
Customized or Personalized Items 
- 
Gift Cards 
2. How to Request a Return
To ensure a smooth and free return process, all return requests must be placed through our official Aora website.
Step-by-Step Return Process:
- 
Submit a Return Request 
- 
Log in to your account and go to Orders & Returns. 
- 
Select the item(s) you wish to return. 
- 
Choose your preferred refund method (voucher or original payment method). 
- 
Prepare Your Package 
- 
Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging. 
- 
Ensure all tags and labels are still attached. 
- 
Schedule a Pickup (for UAE orders only) 
- 
Our partner courier will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a collection. 
- 
International returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. 
- 
Return Approval & Refund Processing 
- 
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 2-3 business days. 
- 
If approved, the refund will be processed to your selected refund method. 
3. Refund Methods & Processing Times
Refund to Original Payment Method:
- 
Available for credit/debit card transactions. 
- 
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. 
- 
Your bank may take an additional 7-14 business days to reflect the refund. 
Important Notes:
- 
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cash refunds are issued. 
- 
International Orders: Customers outside the UAE are responsible for return shipping costs. 
4. Exchange Policy
At this time, Aora does not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free return and replacement at no additional cost.
