Welcome to Aora! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.aora.com) and services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions establish the legal framework between Aora and its customers. They apply to all transactions made through our website and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Aora reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


2. Account & User Responsibilities

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.

  • When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, especially add your Area and Phone number.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Aora is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from lost or shared credentials.

🚨 If we suspect fraudulent activity on an account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:
The information you provide is accurate.
You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Your purchase is for personal use, not for resale.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:
💳 Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in the UAE only
🛍 Buy Now, Pay Later (via Tabby)

Payments must be completed before orders are processed. We do not store credit card details, and all transactions are encrypted for security.

🚨 If a payment is flagged as suspicious, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and may change without prior notice.

  • Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • If a pricing error occurs, Aora reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order before shipping.

🚨 Discount codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within our estimated delivery timeframes (refer to our Shipping Policy).

  • Aora is not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance issues, or force majeure events affecting delivery times.

  • Customers must provide a correct shipping address; failed deliveries due to incorrect details will result in additional shipping fees.

🚨 Once marked "delivered" by the courier, Aora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact (see our Return Policy for more details).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon return approval.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) refunds 

  • Exchanges are not available—customers must return an item and place a new order.

🚨 Underwear, swimwear and discounted items are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aora website—including text, images, product designs, branding, and logos—is the exclusive property of Aora and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

🚨 Any attempt to copy or resell Aora products without permission may result in legal action.

8. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • Aora products are designed for activewear and lifestyle use; we do not guarantee performance for unintended activities.

  • We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages caused by product use.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for reference, and minor variations in color or design may occur.

🚨 Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with each product.

9. Fraud Prevention & Order Rejections

To prevent fraudulent activity, Aora reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order that appears suspicious.

  • Request identity verification before processing high-value orders.

  • Ban accounts associated with fraudulent transactions.

🚨 If we suspect misuse of discount codes, bulk ordering for resale, or fraudulent payment attempts, we reserve the right to refuse service.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By using Aora’s website, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We implement strict security measures to protect your data, but customers are responsible for keeping their account details confidential.

11. Force Majeure

Aora is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Supply chain disruptions
Market conditions affecting production

In such cases, we will attempt to fulfill orders as soon as possible once conditions allow.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be settled through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to UAE courts.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after updates will signify acceptance of the new terms.
